Synopsis:

On an unspecified date in the future, when the greenhouse effect has caused the melting of polar icecaps and the world remains half submerged by the tides, a strict legal measure prevents having more than one child per family. The mecha robots, lacking basic needs of men, flourish and coexist with humans, who are suspicious of the latter.
