Subplot involves the Arab boy becoming a second son to an Israeli woman, instead of the son she lost after a protracted illness. Includes very astute observations regarding the Israel-Palestinian conflict on the personal and family level.

Subtitles are good as far as the translation is concerned, but their layout suffered a tad in the conversion process.
