Use this guide for that "A fault has occurred causing a virtual CPU" error crap. Basically its just changing it too boot in EFI mode.

That guide and the program 'VM_Tweaker' fixed the issue.

Tried installing it in Parallels and VMWare with no luck. As soon as it was starting to boot it would get a cpu error and restart.
