9 (2009) 480p BRRip x264 AAC AVALUNCH [Animated Film]

DISCLAIMER: THIS IS A 480p RELEASE, NOT 720p HD! If you really want an HD release get YIFY's or from other releasers
(my source of this encode is 720p BluRay METIS, which is less than 3GB)!

I did not choose to encode this in HD since at the same bitrates a 720p copy would produce more noticeable blockiness at certain scenes (I think). This movie is in widescreen format so it'd be more prominent compared to the regular movie aspect ratio (in which case I will leave it at 720p like Safe). As far as I know this quality would be on par with the HD copies, possibly even better (probably wrong though) depending on where you view it on.

NOTE: DTS audio track is downmixed with ffmpeg (with the LFE track in the original 5.1 processed as well; as I have read, apparently ffmpeg removes the LFE track before downmixing to stereo WAV, so it's now included in the downmix process). I then compressed it with Audacity to make volume levels more even (haven't watched it myself so most likely it's far from perfect), then used qaac to encode at TVBR (63, I think, if not 73). So this should sound better than YIFY hopefully. It's got subs too (from subscene), dunno if they're perfect though.
