3Xtreme including psX emu(configured) click and play.zip

Steps:
1. Extract the downloaded rar/zip file to your preferred directory using winrar, winzip or other suitable prg
2. Open/Run Psxfin.exe
3. Then, Select --- File//Insert CD Image//
4. Select 3exteme.bin and open it
5. Then, Select --- File//Configuration
6. Adjust the controller/gamepad as you wish

You shall be able to play the game fine now.
