6, (recommended steps) to prohibit access to the network firewall settings GTA5.exe / or brute pull cable
7, Use launcher.exe provided by 3DM to play, NOT playgtav.exe or any other exe

THIS UPDATE DOES NOT SOLVE A DAMN PROBLEM BESIDES IT SLOWS THE GAME DOWN I'VE TRIED IT. NEITHER SOLVES THE SHOOTING ON THE BIKE AT THE FIRST HEIST JOB PROBLEM. THANX FOR THE UPLOADER BUT THATS THE TRUTH FELLAS.

Found this on reddit it fixes shooting from vehicle and a lot of other stuff played for hour still no crash.

Right click the folder where the launcher.exe (game folder) is located and select properties. Then uncheck read only and aply. It fixes a lot of problems with this game, like the aim from car crash.

did you have problems when trying to do the first Strange and Freaks mission? like going there and the women never shows up.. Cause there are no story missions available so i could go on..

Shit's working for me. Haven't reached to point yet where I need to shoot out of a car window.
Windows 8.1 Pro 64 Bit
nVidia Drivers 350.12
The game does NOT neccessarily need to be run with admin rights.
I used gamefiles titled "Grand Theft Auto V Full Unlocked MULTi11 - P2P" with this torrent.
