FOR NVIDIA USERS: GO TO DRAGON AGE DISPLAY SETTINGS AND TURN OFF VSYNC. NEXT, GO TO NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL > MANAGE 3D SETTINGS > THEN ON GLOBAL/PROGRAM SETTINGS, TURN ON VSYNC AND TRIPLE BUFFERING. AND ALSO DON'T FORGET TO CHANGE POWER MANAGEMENT MODE TO PREFER MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE, IF YOU HAVEN'T DONE IT YET.

FOR AMD USERS: IDK, I HAVE NO IDEA ON CATALYST. JUST SEARCH FOR THE VSYNC SETTINGS IN THERE IF YOU'RE SUFFERING FROM THE SAME PROBLEM.
