Suspiria Profundis formed in 2006 in Lody, Lombardy, Italy. It is a one-man band by Azazel - everything (Dusk (Ita), Absum (Ita), Maestus (Ita), Nocturnal Frost (Ita), Funeral Silence). The band signed to Sullen Records for recording and releasing their debut album entitled "In war against Satan" in 2009. The main lyrical theme in this album is about Christianity and the battle between good (God) and evil (Satan). What can you expect? Raw unpolished underground sound, mid-paced and slow tempo, possessed vocals, there are some female chorus voices included at few songs, hollow bass line and funeral drums, evil, grim guitar riffs and true bloodcurdling atmosphere!
