Description

Stephen Seagal returns as Jonathan Cold, a former CIA agent who goes

undercover in a dangerous group of terrorists planning to bomb Los Angeles for

revenge. When they kidnap Colds protegee Amanda (Tamara Davies), however,

likewise blown to bits.
