In veertiende-eeuws China worden straatkinderen gerecruteerd om ze op te leiden tot
moordenaars. Ze brengen ze kunde bij met verschillende wapens zodat het experts
worden in martelen en moorden. Deze groep, ook wel de Jinyiwei genoemd, is een
machtig wapen van de keizer. Wanneer de boosaardige eunuch Jia steeds meer de
macht overneemt, krijgt van deze eenheid Qing Long de opdracht om een lijst
te stelen met namen van de mensen die de keizer nog steunen. Tijdens deze
missie wordt Qing Long echter verraden...

Storyline:

In fourteenth-century China are recruited street children for them to become
murderers. They bring with them skills with different weapons so the experts
in torture and killings. This group, also called the Jinyiwei, is a
powerful weapon of the emperor. When the evil eunuch Jia increasingly
power takes over, this unit gets the assignment to a Qing Long list
to steal the names of people who still support the emperor. During this
Qing Long mission is betrayed ...
