finally Atkins is getting out there. the propaganda about this diet has been beyond neglible. not sure of the new version but the original was based on true & accurate scientic research. not hack scientists that r paid-off/bribed by government & industries/big business. e.g. eat dairy for calcium & stronger bones - it's a lie!! dairy is quite low in calcium.
