This is the story of Michael, a fifteen-year-old, who must
relocate to a seedy area of Berlin with his mother after
her boyfriend kicks them out of his lavish apartment. He
starts attending a new school rife with drugs, thugs and
violence, and is soon working as a courier for men who
make a living from all three.

TOUGH ENOUGH is provocatively made and frighteningly
unrelenting in a way that refutes those who thought the
subject matter had been exhausted. If only all the films
that dealt with these themes could be this real. As it is,
this is relatively alone in its field and should feel very
comfortable for being there.
