Description:

Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition was originally released for Xbox 360 and PS3 back in March 2010. Gold Edition collected all the DLC released to that point, including a versus mode, four new costumes, Mercenaries Reunion and two new story-based chapters.

"Lost in Nightmares" takes place prior to RE5, with Chris and Jill on a mission to apprehend Umbrella founder Oswald Spencer. "Desperate Escape" takes place near the end of RE5, teaming Jill with BSAA agent Josh Stone. Mercenaries Reunion adds even more characters to the mode, including Barry Burton and Rebecca Chambers.

PS: You must complete Chapter 3-1 in the main campaign to unlock “Lost in Nightmare” and complete the full campaign on any difficulty to unlock “Desperate Escape.”

Leftovers

After succesfull installation you can delete inner.pcf from the game folder. It's a temporary file, which is not deleted by a small error in the script. The game doesn't need it. Sorry for inconvinience.

Problems during installation?

If you experience errors (Xdelta or Unarc ones) during installation, try the following things:

• Re-hash torrent (in Utorrent point to the game entry, stop download/upload, then click right mouse button, then click "Force Re-check")
  
• Make sure you have at least as two times more virtual memory, than actual, physical RAM
  
• Make sure you have enough space on target drive & on C: drive (or whatever system drive you have)
  
• Try install the game NOT to C: (system) drive OR especially to C: drive (Windows rights system is a tricky thing)
  
• Run setup with proper rights, as shown on this image:
