To make it work (still does not include Prologue or mission 46), you need to patch with 3DM version 2 crack. Can be downloaded here :

Well, I envy you really, no sarcasm there. If asking what your system specs would help but no it wouldn't. Maybe it's a hit or miss lucky streak. Oh well I'll ask anyway. What version of MGS5 did you download?

seyter version and really im not joking or anything why i will lie about this im already in mission 10 and i played all the prologue i did not have any crash at all but i did notice something weird when i launched the game my time zone changed automatically to (UTC+03:00) Moscow, St. Petersburg, Volgograd (RTZ 2)

Well, hit or miss maybe like I said. After the ambulance crash it's a program hang for me and I had to task manager to end process. Good for you it works fine.
