It seems that because the "low resolution clips" are gone, cut-scenes won't work in window mode. Nothing game breaking.
Also, there's a glitch at the end of the mine cart section. Even if you solve the puzzle and trigger a hilarious scene, you'll still end up back where you started. There's no other way around it but to skip that particular puzzle. Bummer.
