You may be either an absolute beginner or a re-starter, the things you are going to do will build up speed, strenght, independence of fingers, spatial co-ordination, and - first of all - motoric memory. They will help you train your ears, and you'll have the basic chords in your fingers. And a couple of other things, as a matter of fact, without having to think much about them.

All you have to do is to play what I show you that day. Play a lot. That's all.
